What is the maxumum temperature you can touch (for several minutes) and not get burns?
No, I'm not stupid. I'm trying to PREVENT a problem.

I want to make sure I'm not going to end up with burns from working on my computer, I'm running tests and got burned once before when I unintentionally rested my hand on where it had just been running up to almost 70 degrees Celsius. That hurt and left me sore for quite a while, I don't care for a repeat.
